Every new client follows the same three steps. Nothing is recommended until we've looked at your skin and talked it through with you.

   A 30-minute Initial Skin Consultation. We talk through your concerns, your skin history and what you'd like to change — nothing is recommended before this.

   AI-powered skin analysis

   We use an AI-powered digital skin analysis with advanced imaging technology to assess your skin in detail, then talk through what we see and what it means for you.

3. 03

   Your personalised care plan

   You leave with a care plan built around your skin and your goals — whether or not you choose to book a treatment on the day.
